Is there any limitation for disk space,RAM and IP for new users?

Yes, there is a limit on the maximum amount of available resources within sixty (60) days from the date of sign-up with GMO Cloud. The limitations will be automatically removed after the said period. After the 60-day period, there are no limits on resources except those of the hardware currently in use.

Maximum allowable resources are as follow:

CPU Core
CPU Share
32 IP
Disk Space
60 GB
32 GB

If you would like to have the resource limitations removed within the 60-day period, you may send your request to and a support staff will get in touch to assist you.


If your account is beyond the sixty-day period, you might want to consider the possibility of resource shortage in the Hypervisor.

If you are currently out of resources, you can try adding resources after migrating to another hypervisor.
