What happens if my payment is late?

In the case of nonpayment past the due date, your account will be suspended immediately. Also, if nonpayment continues after suspension of services, all data relating to the contract plan will be deleted. In this event, we are unable to recover your data even if payment is made thereafter. Please take note of the due date as we will send you an email reminder 7 days prior.
