GMO Cloud monitors the underlying hardware and software of the cloud system and responds quickly to fix the problem(s).
The user's vital services will need to be monitored by GMO Cloud's optional service and/or monitoring services that the customer has setup. Having both provides monitoring outside and inside the service, which gives a full picture and offers the normal benefits of monitoring.
Due to data privacy regulations GMO Cloud can't enter and fix the problem on the user's server. So alarm notifications should be sent to the customer so he can respond. Easy access to the customer's servers through the portal control panel allows the customer to fix the problem. The portal control panel offers server restarting, VNC console connection, and restore from a backup to help fix the problem or restore from a previous state.
