The system is rejecting the telephone number that I entered during sign-up.

It may be any of the two reasons:

 

1. The telephone number does not match the country you have registered.

Our system automatically matches the country code of the phone number registered against the country input. This was done as a precaution against fraudulent credit card transactions.

2. The telephone number entered is not valid in our system.

Currently, our system only accepts fixed land line or regular mobile phone numbers.
VOIP numbers will not be accepted.

If you have entered a valid telephone number and the system is still rejecting the sign-up, you may contact us at supportus@gmocloud.com
